NORFOLK, Va. - Cmdr. Frank Castellano, Commanding Officer of the USS Bainbridge, discusses the ship's seven-month deployment, and their high seas rescue of Capt. Richard Phillips from Somali pirates, with WAVY News 10 on the morning of the ship's homecoming.
