Change of command ceremony held for USS Roosevelt

NEWPORT NEWS, Va. - In a ceremony Thursday, Capt. Daniel Grieco took over as USS Theodore Roosevelt commanding officer.
Grieco relieved Capt. William Hart. USS Roosevelt is in its final overhaul steps at Newport News Shipbuilding.
The ship has been in overhaul since 2009.
