HAMPTON ROADS, Va. (WAVY) - Dec. 7, 2011 marks the 70th anniversary of the day the Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor .

Frank Chebetar is one of two dozen Pearl Harbor survivors living in Hampton Roads.

Chebetar spoke with WAVY.com the day before the anniversary to describe the tragic day.
