NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - The U.S. Navy has added two businesses and removed two from its off-limits list.
Hampton Pipe and Tobacco, 4796 George Washington Memorial Highway in Hayes and Lazy Days, 839 W. 21st Street in Norfolk have been placed on the off-limits list to all military personnel in the area.
