Accused SEAL's trial May 3rd in Va.

NORFOLK, Va. (AP) - A Navy SEAL accused of punching an Iraqi detainee is scheduled for court-martial May 3 in Virginia.
A military judge on Wednesday postponed Petty Officer 2nd Class Matthew McCabe's trial, which had been scheduled for next Tuesday at Norfolk Naval Station.
Another judge has ruled that two other SEALs accused of lying to investigators should be tried in Iraq, site of the alleged assault, because they have the right to confront their accuser in open court. But McCabe's attorney, Neal Puckett, says there's no need to move his trial because he doesn't need to question the detainee.
McCabe, from Perrysburg, Ohio, is accused of punching Ahmed

four U.S. security contractors in Fallujah.
