PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) - Spring is a time to start thinking about cleaning out the house, but it's also a good time to start shredding those old documents.  We headed to the Shred-It facility in Hampton to talk to the folks at BayPort Credit Union about their event this weekend to help you get out with the old and in with the new.

Get shredding on Saturday, March 23 from 9 a.m. to noon at the BayPort locations on Holland Road in Virginia Beach and on Ironbound Road in Williamsburg.  All you need to do bring a non perishable food donation in exchange for shredding services.
