NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - Cheryl Tan spent some time attending the Second Annual Hampton Roads STEM Academy at Norview High School, where students did projects relating to science, technology, engineering and math.  A local educator says more of these educational opportunities are needed in this edition of "What's Your Problem?"
