PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) - When we ask people, "What's Your Problem?" many of them say, "Traffic!" Cheryl Tan offers up a solution during a tour of the Jordan Bridge, which will connect Chesapeake and Portsmouth and is set to open in mid-September.

For more information on the Jordan Bridge, its fees and requirements, go to www.southnorfolkjordanbridge.com

An E-Z Pass is the best way to pay for tolls at the Jordan Bridge.  If you sign up in the August, you'll be able to travel for free on weekends in the fall.

You can pick up an E-Z Pass one of three ways:  there's a new E-Z Pass service center at the Chesapeake DMV in Greenbrier across from Chesapeake City Park, you can order one online at www.ezpassva.com, or you can call 1-877-762-7824 to order one by mail.
