SUFFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - School can be a challenging place for children with disabilities. The challenges continue when those children grow up.
That's why an organization in Suffolk has expanded, to give adults with intellectual disabilities the tools they need to live independently. Cheryl Tan stepped inside the "Circle of Friends" classroom with a solution in this edition of "What's Your Problem?"
