HAMPTON, Va. (WAVY) - A Peninsula military mom knows firsthand the stress of moving to a new location. Cheryl Tan sat down with Jennifer Borgstrom, who uses her experience to help other military families settle into Hampton Roads, in this edition of "What's Your Problem?"
