PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) - It's a Christmas tale that will make you laugh and cry. Charles Dickens' "A Christmas Carol" has been performed and interpreted for more than a century and the Virginia Stage Company's production is once again bringing this holiday classic to the stage this season.
