VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) - Venture scouting is a co-ed division of the Boy Scouts of America. It is another great way to teach young adults leadership through the great outdoors.
Rachel Eddowes of Virginia Beach has been selected to represent the Boy Scouts of America this week up in Washington, D.C.
Rachel will go before Congress to present the annual report to the nation. It is a huge honor for Eddowes and she talks all about it on this week's Reck on the Road.
