VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) - Virginia Beach police officer Frank Filippone recently won the NABA Light Middle weight title up in Dover, Delaware. He has been boxing for the last 10 years, but his career in the ring is really beginning to take off!
While he is a boxer, Filippone is first a police officer with the 4th precinct. Find out more about the punching policeman on this week's edition of Reck on the Road.
