VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) - Brian Lockwood would take his jet ski out to catch some bait fish. Before long he realized he could take that jet ski further and further and save gas and time in the process. He has now taken jet ski fishing to great lengths and has caught just about every fish you can off the coast of Virginia. His ultimate goal is to land a blue fin tuna.
