VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) - After two years of construction the new trail center at First Landing State Park in Virginia Beach has opened its doors. Friendly rangers and volunteers will help you make the most of your time in this beautiful natural setting, or help you plan the perfect special event.
