PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) - Today's HRS Pet Pal is Chance!

"Chance" is a 1 year old neutered male American Bulldog who gets along well with other animals and everyone he meets. "Chance" knows his basic commands and will easily integrate into a home with older children. If you are interested in making Chance a part of your family contact the Norfolk Animal Care Center at 441-5505.
