PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) - Local Chesapeake couple, Nicole and Gerald entered and won the first ever Farmers Insurance Dream Wedding Contest. They just found out they'll be getting married on a special float LIVE during the Rose Parade on New Years Day.
