NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - Getting in an accident is something no one plans for, but if it does happen, every little minute counts. Having quick care and access to a hospital is something the crew of the Regional Nightingale Air Ambulance crew knows all too well.

Their dedication and love for their job makes the crew this week's "I Am Hampton Roads."
