I Am HR: Jules Ferguson

NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - You've seen Lady Gaga and heard Nicki Minaj, but now there's a new sound in town and it's called Zip Hop.  Zip Hop is in its own category and to understand the sound, you have to understand the artist that created it.  His passion for music, writing and determination to have fun makes Jules Ferguson this week's I Am Hampton Roads.
