PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) - She's only had the title a little more than a week, but people in Hampton Roads are already talking about her. Meet Rhonda Arrington, the new Face of Fox 43 in this week's I Am Hampton Roads.

Rhonda will make her first appearance on August 17th at the Daughtry concert at Chrysler Hall.
