NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - If you've ever eaten at the No Frill Grill in Ghent, chances are you remember the artwork hanging on the walls. The artist behind the "long neck ladies" paintings is Tom Barnes, a talented artist who's artistic ability is taking him to Paris where his work will be displayed at the Louvre.
