VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) - Partners in Dental Health will buy back Halloween candy from children and then send it to Operation Gratitude, which will make care packages for the troops in war zones. In return for donating the candy the kids will get goody bags full, with a toothbrush, toothpaste and a coupon to Tropical Smoothie and possibly McDonalds.
