PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) - If you packed a lunch for your youngster this morning, they're probably getting ready to unpack and enjoy it. But after that juice pouch and peanut butter and jelly are gone, the baggies and wrappers are left behind. And that's a great time to think about recycling.
