PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) - Christmas is days away, which means there is lots of activity at the North Pole. They're getting set for a big send off for its most famous resident. In only a matter of days, Santa Claus will climb into his sleigh for his annual trip to a rooftop near you. We talked with NBC's Bob Redell all the way in North Pole, Alaska.
