PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) - Chefs from around Hampton Roads will take part in the Wine By Design Event presented by Atlantic Shores Retirement Community and we're in the kitchen with Chef Brad Kelly from Salacia and Chef Eric Doarnberger from Atlantic Shores Retirement Community.
Chef Kelly made Salacia's signature filet of beef and Chef Doarnberger made smoked salmon cupcakes.
