PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) - We featured two chefs supporting the March of Dimes Signature Chefs Auction and Gala . Croc's 19th Street Bistro's Executive Chef Matt Knack made Garlic and Herb Mussels as well as Shrimp and Grits. Atlantic Shores Retirement Community's Chef Eric Doarnberger made Hawaiian Barbequed Short Rib Kebabs, "Potato/ Mac" Salad , and Sugar Snap Pea Salad.
