PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) - The March of Dimes Signature Chefs Auction and Gala is October 21 and we're in the kitchen with a couple of award-winning chefs.
The Inn and Garden Cafe's Chef Ted Cathey made Seared Eastern Shore Scallops, Fricassee of Butternut Squash, Leeks, Shenandoah Apples & Celery Root.
Still Worldly Eclectic Tapas' Chef Mike Farrell won the S.O.L. Sustainable/Organic/Local award last year and today he make us Pork and Ginger Potstickers with Green Apple Kimchee and Maple Bourbon Soy Sauce.
