PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) - The March of Dimes Signature Chefs Auction and Gala is October 21 and we're in the kitchen with a couple of award-winning chefs.
Chesapeake Bay Catering Company.'s Executive Chef Brian Bland is making Asian Pork Spring Roll with Jicama, and Cucumber Slaw.
Tradewinds Restaurant's Executive Chef John Maclure is making Crispy Pork Shoulder Pattie with Caramelized Onion and Apple, Braised Swiss Chard, and Sweet Potato Spatzel.
