PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) - Chef Kyle Fowlkes from Cyprus Grille and Chef Peter Pittman from Conch & Bucket stopped by THRS.  Chef Pittman made quail Brunswick stew and Chef Fowlkes made a pan seared wahoo.
