PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) - According to the Youth Risk Behavior Surveillance Survey conducted by the Centers for Disease control and prevention 16 percent of American high school students were electronically bullied in 2011.

That's already a concerning statistic. But parents, neighbors, and friends can help put a stop to cyber bullying and it starts by knowing the signs.
