PORSTMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) - Hampton Bay Days are almost here! The weekend of September 8 th and 9th will be filled with family fun along the Hampton waterfront and one of the most popular events will be in the water off Mill Point. The "Freaky Kon-Tiki" raft race will once again test the imagination and seaworthiness of its participants, and don't forget about your souvenir poster by local artist Bryan Lopatic!
