PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) - Habitat for Humanity and Tysinger Auto have teamed up to recognize outstanding citizens. Their first 'Build a Dream:Leave a Legacy" event October 4 will be a very special evening to honor local people who do extraordinary work for the community.
