PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) - Hurricane season is still in full swing, but here in Hampton Roads many of us are one strong shower away from flooding in and around our homes. The National Hurricane Center and Federal Alliance for Safe Homes have five recommendations for flood readiness and recovery.
