NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - 10 On Your Side's David Culver is at ODU with Big Blue as students take the W82TXT pledge against texting and driving.

According to a study released today by the Governors Highway Safety Association (GHSA), the number of 16- and 17-year-old driver deaths in passenger vehicles increased slightly for the first six months of 2011. Mentioned in the report are references to electronic device use while driving, in addition to other distractions teens may face.
