Deep Creek principal on W82TXT campaign

CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) - 10 On Your Side is working on a plan and a pledge to stop Hampton Roads from texting and driving. The goal of the campaign is to get more than 150-thousand drivers to take the "Wait to Text" pledge.
