NEWPORT NEWS, Va. - It is Reading Month and I had such a good time during my short stay at Dutrow Elementary School in Newport News.

I had the chance to read to the kindergartners in the school.  We read two books, "The Perfect Thanksgiving" and the story behind "The Gingerbread Girl."

The best part--seeing the reaction of the children to a great story!!!
