PORTSMOUTH, Va. - Andrew Heidelberg, author and member of the Norfolk 17, a group of African American students who integrated Norfolk public schools 50 years ago, along with Tidewater Community College Student Activities Coordintor Jack Manning, discuss Black History Month during WAVY News 10 Midday on Friday, January 30th.
