Windsor Woods Elementary students conclude Black History Month with a parade.

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) - A celebration of Black History Month concluded with a parade at Windsor Woods Elementary School in Virginia Beach Tuesday.
Third and fourth grade students paraded through the halls carrying pictures and facts about some of the most influential African Americans in history.
The parade showcased several of the most famous African Americans, such as Oprah Winfrey, Thurgood Marshall and Harriet Tubman, just to name a few.
