2009 10 Who Care Awards

HAMPTON, Va. - WAVY-TV’s 10 Who Care Awards recognize outstanding volunteerism in Hampton Roads -those unsung heroes who volunteer their time assisting senior citizens, children, the disadvantaged and the mentally ill; improving education, health care and the environment; expanding recreational, cultural activities and promoting safety.
