For more than a year, this honoree has spent time as a driver, making treats, giving up weekends for children's outings and living up to the expectations of Tuesday Night with Tim. Samaritan House has been the welcomed recipient of this man's time and volunteer energy. He has become a father figure to many of the children in shelter need. He is a favorite of Samaritan House clients and is considered an unpaid staff member by the staff. His tireless efforts volunteering in many aspects of the organization and assisting the advocates in the children's program at Samaritan House, make him truly worthy of passing Hubert Humphrey's moral test of a society.
