For most of her life, our next honoree has been doing good and offering kindness and doing it now, no matter what. She has been delivering Meals on Wheels through the Chesapeake Retired and Senior Volunteer Program since 1981. For more than 26 years, despite the fact that she can't drive, she regularly rides along to deliver meals to shut-ins and the handicapped. When it's time for the Chesapeake Flu Clinic, she is certainly going to be there to help in every way she can. She doesn't miss church or a chance to help and she does all of this and more at the very young age of 100! We are proud to honor Ms. Lydia Hart as one of our 10 Who Care.
