Jeff Edmondson

Jeff Edmondson is the Meteorologist for the weekend morning newscasts on WAVY-TV 10. Edmondson joined the Super Doppler 10 Weather Team in January 2012.

Jeff grew up just west of the Twin Cities in Minnesota. He was educated at Iowa State University with a degree in Atmospheric Sciences. While at Iowa State, he participated in the campus-wide television network ISU-TV covering weather across the state of Iowa. He also was part of the campus-wide radio station KURE where he hosted a weekend morning Jazz show.

Prior to working at WAVY-TV 10, Jeff worked at the Northlands NewsCenter in Duluth, Minnesota for more than two years, covering severe weather from tornadoes to blizzards and temperatures as low as -46 degrees.

Outside of work Jeff likes to golf, mountain bike, hike, ski, and occasionally play a video game.
